Shadan's story
After more than a decade of customer focused roles, including personal assistant and events coordination, Shadan longed for a new challenge, doing something she was truly passionate about.
From personal experience organising her Sydney wedding, Shadan wondered how many couples spend every waking moment wedding planning from across the globe, desperately trying to reach suppliers working on different time zones just like her.
Thus, a gap in the market was uncovered; a genuine need for a UK-based wedding and event planner specifically designed to help Australian and New Zealander couples returning ‘home’ to get married ... and who better to offer that service than an Antipodean woman who’s been there done that and has the hubby to prove it!!
So ididjeridoo was born...
After a tonne of research, oodles of planning, endless liasing with suppliers, nattering with brides, learning, uncovering and discovering, and from a genuine desire to put her knowledge and love of all things wedding-y to good use, sprung forth a unique concept that makes long distance wedding planning for brides just like Shadan, special and simple too.
